1. Cases covered by warranty
Products with manufacturer defects:
- Mechanical set is faulty, damaged, or not functioning correctly
- Piston is dropped or cannot be raised
- Rotating parts (Arms, wheels, headrest) are stuck or do not operate as described by the manufacturer
*Distinguish from products faulty/damaged due to shipping: Box is intact, not dented or deformed
2. Cases refused warranty
- Product has expired warranty
- Product or serial number has been altered, modified, or erased.
- Damage due to natural disasters, fire, strong impact, moisture, oxidation, or denting during transportation and improper storage.
- Damage due to physical impact outside the intended use, such as from users, pets, or drops.
- Incorrect installation according to the user manual causing damage (e.g., installing chair arms or seat mechanism backwards...).
- Using the product for the wrong purpose or exceeding the manufacturer's specified weight capacity.
- Being shirtless while using, allowing sweat to soak into the fabric, mesh, or leather.
- Dropping or spilling liquids or strong chemicals on the product.
- Exposing the product directly to sunlight for a long period of time.
