Warranty Policy
At HyperWork, we take pride in providing office furniture and peripherals designed and manufactured to the highest standards to optimize your workspace. We are committed to replacing or repairing products that encounter issues during the warranty period, with terms up to 5 years for certain product lines – ensuring peace of mind throughout your usage.
1. Warranty Scope
- The warranty policy is only valid within the territory of Vietnam. Products used outside this region will not be covered.
- Warranty applies to purchases made directly from HyperWork or authorized dealers, provided that proof of purchase (invoice, warranty card) is supplied.
- If the product was purchased from a third party, e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada), or unauthorized sellers, please contact the seller directly for support.
- The warranty will become void if:
- Original parts of the product are replaced.
- The product is used with non-genuine accessories or equipment not from HyperWork.
- The product is transported outside of Vietnam via third-party services.
2. Warranty Period by Product
Office Chairs
- Sleek, Airy, Airy Pro: 3 years (components & parts)
- Cloud Chair: 2 years (components & parts)
- Clearance items (Open box, Clear Stock,...): 1 year (components & parts)
Desks
- Non-motorized desks: 5 years
- Motorized desks: 5 years (for the desk frame), 3 years (for the motor)
- Clearance desks (Open box, Clear Stock,...): 1 year
Furniture and Accessories
- Mechanical keyboards, mice, peripherals: 1 year
- Monitor Arm: 2 years
- Filing cabinets: 3 years
- Clearance items (Open Box, Clear Stock,...): 6 months (for peripherals), 1 year (for other products)
3. Warranty Conditions
- Customers must report damage within 7 days of receiving the product, accompanied by images or videos sent to HyperWork via official support channels.
- Products must be used strictly according to HyperWork's user manual to ensure warranty rights.
- Warranty applies to defects arising from the manufacturing process or substandard materials, including:
- Technical faults in the desk frame, motor, or controller.
- Cracks, breaks, or machining defects on the desktop, chair, or other components.
- Structural failure of the product due to manufacturing defects.
4. Warranty Exclusions
HyperWork's warranty policy does not cover the following cases:
Expired warranty:

Natural wear and tear:
- Minor scratches, fading, or fabric pilling due to daily use.
- Changes in color or surface texture due to exposure to sunlight, high temperatures, or natural aging (especially for upholstery, mesh, and cushions).
Misuse:
- Damage caused by exceeding the product's rated load capacity (e.g., placing excessively heavy objects on the desk or stand).
- Damage caused by writing instruments, sharp objects, or activities not intended for office purposes.
- Damage due to installation not following instructions, unless performed by HyperWork or an authorized partner.
External impacts:
- Damage due to impact, dropping, or accidents.
- Damage due to use in unsuitable environments (e.g., outdoors, warehouses, high humidity).
Unauthorized intervention:
- Damage due to unauthorized disassembly, repair, or structural modification of the product.
- Damage due to using non-genuine accessories not from HyperWork.
Force Majeure:
- Damage due to natural disasters (floods, fires), insects, or rodents.
Chemical damage:
- Use of cleaning chemicals (alcohol, bleach, etc.) causing damage to the finished surface.
Natural characteristics:
- Differences in wood grain or natural material textures are not considered manufacturing defects.
5. Warranty Process
- Contact HyperWork via Website/Form/Zalo/Hotline upon discovering damage.
- Provide proof of purchase and images/videos illustrating the product defect.
- The HyperWork team will evaluate and respond within [7-10 working days].
- If approved, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge according to the warranty policy.
