Warranty Policy for Chair Products
The general warranty period for chair products is 01 year
1. Eligible for Warranty
Products with manufacturing defects:
- Mechanical components are faulty, damaged, or malfunctioning
- Gas lift is sinking or cannot be raised
- Rotating parts (armrests, wheels, headrest) are stuck or not functioning as described by the manufacturer
*Distinguished from shipping damage: Box remains intact, not dented or deformed
2. Warranty Exclusions
- Expired warranty period
- Product or serial number has been altered, modified, or erased.
- Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, heavy impact, moisture, oxidation, or denting during improper shipping and storage.
- Physical damage outside of intended use, such as from users, pets, or drops.
- Incorrect installation not following the user manual (e.g., reversed armrests, seat plate...).
- Using the product for the wrong purpose or exceeding the manufacturer's specified weight limit.
- Using the chair while shirtless, allowing sweat to soak into the fabric, mesh, or leather.
- Spilling liquids or strong chemicals onto the product.
- Exposing the product to direct sunlight for extended periods.
