High-resilience PU Foam cushion
High-density PU Foam at 55 kg/m³ (nearly double the average density) combined with durable and soft Draw Texturised Yarn (DTY) polyester fabric provides optimal elasticity, perfect support, and exceptional comfort.
Reinforced wooden panel for seat base shaping
Directly beneath the seat base, Cloud Chair utilizes a supporting wooden panel to distribute weight and keep the seat cushion stable. An additional outer plastic cover provides a more polished and aesthetic appearance.

Ergonomic customization features support the back, neck, and arms, thereby increasing productivity and reducing the risk of health issues related to prolonged sitting.
2D Headrest
The breathable Aero Mesh headrest features 8 cm height adjustment and 45-degree tilt, perfectly cradling the head and neck for a relaxing feel.
3D Armrest
The armrests can be adjusted in height, moved forward/backward, or rotated right/left to suit your body shape and sitting habits.
3-position recline lock
Lock the backrest and relax your entire body with 3 tilt angles up to 125 degrees and a safety lock, meeting most common sitting postures for work and relaxation.
Adjustment
Smart lumbar support
Users can toggle the two levers on both sides of the chair to adjust the mesh tension to suit different heights and torso lengths, thereby providing better support and comfort for the lower back curve.
Tension adjustment
Users can adjust the reclining tension by turning the knob under the mechanism clockwise for a softer recline or counter-clockwise for a firmer recline.
Warranty policy for chair products
The general warranty period for chair products is 01 year
1. Cases covered under warranty
Products with manufacturing defects:
- Faulty or damaged mechanical parts that do not function correctly
- Piston sinking or failing to lift
- Rotating parts (armrests, wheels, headrest) that are stuck or do not operate as described by the manufacturer
*Distinguish from products damaged during shipping: The box must be intact, not dented or deformed
2. Cases excluded from warranty
- Expired warranty period
- Products or serial numbers that have been altered, modified, or erased.
- Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, strong impact, moisture, oxidation, or denting during improper shipping and storage.
- Physical damage outside the intended use, such as from users, pets, or drops.
- Incorrect installation not following the user manual causing damage (e.g., installing armrests or seat plates backwards...).
- Using the product for the wrong purpose or exceeding the manufacturer's specified weight capacity.
- Sitting shirtless, allowing sweat to soak into the fabric, mesh, or leather.
- Dropping or spilling liquids or strong chemicals onto the product.
- Exposing the product to direct sunlight for extended periods.
