The set of 4 casters meets the static load requirements of fixed office desks and even the dynamic loads generated by standing desks.

The load capacity is calculated with a safety margin to ensure stability, minimize wobbling, and maintain durability over long-term use.

Safety-focused design

The product has a diameter of 38 mm, smaller than common wheel sizes, but is calculated for force distribution to support heavy loads, helping the desk maintain a stable and solid center of gravity.

The desk height does not increase significantly, allowing users to maintain their familiar working posture even when wheels are installed.

To keep the desk stable and safe, users can operate the wheel locks when needed.

Thermoplastic Rubber Material

The wheels are made of TPR thermoplastic rubber with excellent elasticity, increasing durability and preventing issues like jammed wheels or difficulty moving. Other components are crafted from durable, polished steel.

Dust-proof 608ZZ Bearings

Industrial-standard 608ZZ bearings (with 2 metal dust shields) are used at the wheel axle to ensure smooth rolling, minimizing dust/lint clogs and preventing lubricant leakage.

Dual top and bottom swivel bearings

Additionally, the caster features two bearings at the swivel head, enabling smooth 360° rotation in any direction.

  • M10 (≈10 mm): Apex standing desk frames and Core Desk office chairs

Note: Thread classification ensures precise installation, avoiding looseness or wobbling. It is recommended not to use them interchangeably.
