The 3-day VietOffice 2024 exhibition – the first international event for office supplies, machines, and equipment held in Vietnam – has officially concluded.
Looking back at a large-scale event with its previous opportunities and challenges, HyperWork can say it has largely succeeded in bringing smart office solutions to the exhibition, aiming to increase user productivity and work efficiency.
Attracted over 2000 visitors and approximately 100 corporate clients
The VietOffice 2024 exhibition was an ideal playground for hundreds of domestic and international office supply, machine, and equipment businesses. This was also an opportunity for HyperWork to introduce its brand and products to businesses, suppliers, B2B partners, and end-users.
The open booth design, featuring 3 facades, 1 model setup corner, and 1 display table for the latest products, attracted many visitors and created an unlimited space for interaction, sharing, networking, and hands-on experience.
During the 3 days of the exhibition, the HyperWork team recorded 1000 visitors on the first day (May 22), especially during the brand's meeting with media, KOLs, KOCs, etc. On the remaining two days, HyperWork welcomed over 1000 visitors between 9 AM and 5 PM.
Representatives from HyperWork's business department also had the opportunity to welcome approximately 100 corporate clients and B2B partners (including businesses participating in the exhibition and small and medium-sized enterprises aware of the event). Here, both parties had the chance to exchange experiences, share information, and aim for long-term cooperation in the future.

Alongside the practical activities of the exhibition, HyperWork offered promotional programs with product discounts of up to 50% and a lucky wheel giving away gifts such as the Hyper Cleaning kit screen spray, Fable gaming pad, desk clamp cup holder with hanger, Microfiber cleaning cloth, etc.
This series of activities attracted the attention of both new and existing customers, meeting the set targets for gifts distributed to customers and exclusive discounted orders at the exhibition.
Welcomed over 10 reviewers and 11 media outlets for coverage and reporting
Information about the exhibition was positively spread across technology, furniture, and setup forums, thanks to the interest of reviewers, online news sites, business, finance, and corporate specialized pages, etc.
Furthermore, communication effectiveness can also be measured through online activities on fan pages, community groups, websites, etc., with over 30 articles and topics posted before, during, and after the exhibition, garnering over 100,000 reaches and impressions.
Through the VietOffice 2024 exhibition, HyperWork achieved several set goals, including connecting with international partners for exchange and experience sharing; introducing products and the brand to businesses and dealers to expand the business network; and increasing brand recognition among media and customers, both domestic and international.
