Nhìn lại 2024: HyperWork đã vươn xa hơn nhiều

Despite challenges from the general economy, undeniably, 2024 was a memorable year for HyperWork in continuously transforming and experimenting with new things to become a resilient yet flexible version in the face of challenges.

1. Delivered to Customers ≈ 200,000 Products

Selling 200,000 products gives HyperWork confidence in its journey to provide solutions that enhance user productivity, work efficiency, and entertainment experience. It's clear that users are increasingly interested in ergonomic devices, furniture, and accessories with impressive functionality and modern, minimalist aesthetics.

Last year, many products received significant customer support upon their launch, such as keyboards and wireless mice. Meanwhile, many other products have truly proven their utility after being on the market for a long time, such as clamp-on LED desk lamps, monitor arms, or modular office desks,...

2. Sales Growth >50%

Strong sales growth is the result of a systematic strategy, from research, product development, marketing, and effective customer care. HyperWork continues to demonstrate its brand appeal, creating a competitive advantage for customers in providing solutions that increase user productivity, work efficiency, and entertainment experience.

3. Launched 22 New Products

Some products that made a big splash last year include the Core Desk office desk, Cloud Chair ergonomic chair, the debut duo of monitor arms P1 Dual and Flexus, the SilentKey keyboard series, and the Silentium Mini mouse.

Additionally, HyperWork dedicated significant effort to diversifying its product lines into Furniture, Device Stands, Peripherals, and Setup Accessories. As a result, HyperWork is confident in its ability to create comfortable, smart, and cohesive work and entertainment spaces. In 2025, the Lifestyle product line will officially launch, offering solutions that allow users to "package" their home work setup to take outside, expressing their unique personality and creating their own style.

4. Partnered to Open 7 New One-Stop-Solutions

In collaboration with partners such as FPT, Hacom, Tmins, and Memoryzone, HyperWork expanded its one-stop-solution model, helping customers save time, experience multiple dimensions, and providing maximum convenience when seeking comprehensive solutions for work, study, and entertainment.

By 2025, HyperWork plans to expand to 20 one-stop-solutions nationwide, getting closer to customers and potential users.

5. Co-organized and Participated in 12 Events

In addition to workshops and offline events in the technology sector, HyperWork dedicated significant resources to the International Exhibition on Smart Office Solutions, Equipment, Machines, and Stationery (VietOffice 2024).

Attracting over 2000 visitors, 100 corporate clients, hosting 10 KOCs and KOLs, 11 media outlets, giving away over 500 gifts, and generating 100 new orders, HyperWork achieved several set goals, including connecting with international partners for exchange and experience sharing; introducing products and the brand to businesses and dealers to expand the business network; and increasing brand awareness among the media and customers both domestically and internationally.

6. Launched HyperWork Helpdesk, Tiered Hotline, and Rewards

The customer journey, from browsing and purchasing to receiving consultation and after-sales support, is always a priority for HyperWork, with continuous improvements made to even the smallest details to ensure satisfaction and convenience.

- HyperWork Helpdesk provides installation guides, user manuals, software update instructions,... as well as media resources (images, videos,...) for dealers and project clients.

- The HyperWork Tiered Hotline helps customers easily connect with direct support staff for product and service issues: warranty support, dealer and project client policy support, invoice processing,...

- HyperWork Reward is a loyalty points system for shopping, redeemable for discounts, vouchers, and gifts, to help customers save money and make shopping more exciting.

7. Developing Long-Term Projects
